Faran Foy Whitaker is an attorney licensed in the State of Texas. She practices primarily in the areas of family law and immigration and nationality law. Faran has extensive experience representing individuals, families, foreign nationals, and U.S. corporations before various government agencies and courts. Faran also assists employers with developing and implementing immigration policies to ensure state and federal compliance and efficient immigration practices. Previously, she worked as a federal judicial clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. She graduated from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law summa cum laude in 2014. During law school she also studied immigration law at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. Prior to moving to Houston, Faran graduated from The Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in Editing, Writing & Media.
